Join us for an early spring gathering beneath April’s Pink Moon. Though the season hints at renewal—here in Maine the land reminds us that spring arrives slowly, on its own time.
This supper explores the feeling of false spring: that restless moment between winter and true thaw. Inspired by seasonal traditions of renewal—Ostara, Easter, and the return of light—our menu reflects both heritage and place.
Together we’ll share a thoughtful evening of food, reflection, and seasonal transition, honoring the rhythms of the land we gather on—even when spring is still finding its way.
