Join us for Pilates x Sculpt & Tone: Fundamentals—your gateway to mastering essential Pilates principles while enjoying a full-body, results-driven workout. Designed for all levels and nestled in the beautiful Fade Street Studios, this 45-minute flow focuses on the essential Pilates principles: mindful movement, deep core engagement, and building strength from the inside out. You’ll explore foundational techniques in a supportive atmosphere where community and self-care come first.

What to expect:

Before class:
We start on time, so make sure to arrive a bit earlier to get settled. The space doesn't have lockers, changing rooms or showers.

What to bring:

• Mat
• Water bottle
• Socks
• Your favorite matching set!
