What better way to spend Sundays as a reset and rebalance than with an incredible Gong Bath and Yoga session at one of Londons most luxurious locations?
We welcome Issy and Autumn to The Mandrake hotel.
PILATES BEGINNER:
We start off the workshop with a wonderful strong and warm flow.
The workshop is open to everyone. A little experience in yoga is benefical but not essential.
REFRESHMENTS:
After our mat session, we will have a short social break where fruit pots and a juice shot of Soulfull Daily Greens will be served.
SOUND HEALING:
This wonderful collaboration is then completed with a sound therapy relaxation using beautiful sound instruments including bowls and gong.
Sound healing sessions are designed to cut through energetic stagnation and release blockages within the body leaving you refreshed, balanced and reawakened.
You will leave the 2 hour event feeling grounded, connected your your innerself, reduced emotional, physical, and mental stress, deep relaxation.
