Pilates with Mandy is continuing to partner with the cute & tasty coffee shop in North Muskegon, Bean & Bloom. Class will take place in The Bloom Room event space, which is the perfect spot for our time together on the mat.
Maybe join with a friend and stay after for a coffee and a croffle, or take one to go on your way to the office. 🫶🧘🏼♀️☕️

All fitness levels welcome. A multilevel class for everyone. We will incorporate loop bands and I will provide those.
