Pilates Progressions is an all levels class designed to build strength and flexibility in stages from the most essential movement principles through the Intermediate Pilates repertoire. Participants gain exposure to language and terminology, learn different exercises and their benefits, and develop an understanding of functional movement patterns as we layer in more demanding load, resistance and choreography. We’ll break down traditional exercises into their smallest parts before putting them back together and finding a flow. Please join us!Tuesdays @ 5:30pm
