This isn’t your typical Pilates class.I’m Russ — a Pilates instructor, sportsman, and former back pain sufferer who first came to Pilates when I could barely put my socks on. Years of rugby, weights, and sitting at a desk had caught up with me.
When I finally tried Pilates, it was humbling — the ladies twice my age were moving better than I was! But within weeks, my back felt stronger. Within months, I was back to playing sport — and moving better than ever. That’s why I teach the way I do today: down-to-earth, functional, and accessible Pilates for real people.
These sessions are designed to:
