Join us for a celebration of teachers and the teacher within! With a workout for your mind and body. Get into the best mental and physical shape of your life. We will begin with core-strengthening exercises that tone, stimulate, and promote cell regeneration while looking out at the iconic ocean drive.
Optional 11am Meditation by donation to follow - a mindfulness walk to a private rooftop terrace to practice breathwork! Please bring a mat. Sunscreen, hat/sunglasses, and water bottle are recommended.
