Pilates In The Park
Join Coach J for an outdoor 50 minute mat Pilates session at Cira Green ( The Park In The Sky) Overlooking the beautiful city of Philadelphia.
Next the lovely Teairra will end class off with 10 mins of Soundbath & Breathwork.
This is a special collaberation class with our friends over at Honeygrow who will supply each attendee with a $15 off coupon!
After class we are looking for 10-12 attendees to join us over at Honeygrow to go refuel.
