Join us at Mill Pond Park for a beginner-friendly, body-inclusive mat Pilates experience that goes beyond the typical workout. This is an intentionally curated wellness moment where movement meets aromatherapy and self-care.
Step into a morning designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival window where you can settle in, connect, and enjoy an interactive self-care station by J.D. Body Treats. From there, you’ll be guided through a 60-minute mat Pilates flow led by Ariel, designed to support all levels while helping you build strength, improve mobility, and move with intention.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be immersed in calming and uplifting aromatherapy, creating a multi-sensory environment that enhances both your movement and your mood.
We’ll close with grounding stretches and a moment to reset, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and recharged.
What to expect: a 60-minute beginner-friendly, body-inclusive mat Pilates class, an aromatherapy-infused atmosphere throughout the session, a hands-on self-care ritual station, a supportive outdoor environment, and space to slow down and reconnect.
What to bring: a yoga or Pilates mat, water, comfortable clothing, and good energy.
