This workshop is designed for students of the Pilates practice to transform their movement and become smarter, and more efficient movers. 🦋For 2.5 hours, this workshop will teach you about the classical Pilates principles and how to feel and adjust in detail on your own body so that you can get the full potential out of your class time and practice.
The aim is to dive into the full potential of your movement. 🙏
This workshop will cover both theoretical principles from Pilates but spend the majority of its time actively catering to the groups own needs and questions - really giving you the opportunity to learn how to spot when you need to correct and adjust, and how to access these changes on your own.
We will dive into the mechanics of the breath as a function and stabiliser into movement, and from there we will break down a handful of the classical moves from the Pilates repertoire spitting in typical variations seen in classes.
This workshop is for you that genuinely want to transform your movement practice and take ownership of your own body. ♥️
Although we are exploring both the classical and contemporary repertoire of movements, we are going back to the ideas of the founder's belief that Pilates practice truly is a practice devoted to total awareness and control.
This workshop will teach you the details that you’re missing that make all the difference. no more mystifying movement. All bodies, injuries or not, are welcome. 💖
