Pilates for Runners – Mat Class
This mat Pilates class is specifically designed for runners who want to move better, run stronger, and stay injury free.
The session focuses on developing strength, control, and stability through the hips, trunk, and lower limbs, all of which are essential for efficient and resilient running. Exercises are selected to address common running demands and injury patterns, helping you improve how your body handles load with each step.
The class is suitable for runners of all levels. No previous Pilates experience is required.
