This isn’t generic Pilates.
� It’s designed to help you run stronger, move better & stay injury-free
We’ll focus on:
- Load transfer (stop overloading joints)
- Single-leg strength (every step matters)
- Elastic control (move like a spring)
- Fatigue resistance (hold form under pressure)
- Rotation control (reduce injury risk)
Struggled with:
• Knee pain when running
• Tight calves / Achilles
• Hip pain or instability
• Niggles that keep coming back
We address the cause, not just the symptoms
Perfect if you:
• Run 3x/week+
• Have done a 5–10K
• Want to improve performance or avoid injury
Includes a Runner Movement Screening Session so everything is tailored to you
