‘To hold in bloom,’ is the debut solo show of artist Mia Cathcart. The show brings together a collection of works painted through pregnancy, postpartum and into motherhood. The work is a celebration of transition and becoming, honouring the small moments in everyday rituals. The exhibition considers the things women hold; a baby in arms, friendships, a glass of wine, flowers, a meal, the home.
