About this Event
This class is an invitation on May 17th at 10am to come together in a bigger space to move with purpose, build strength from the inside out, and reconnect to your body in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. We’ll spend one full hour flowing on the mat, using my resistance bands and a Pilates ball as props to challenge stability, strengthen the core, and improve posture, mobility, and overall body awareness.
Pilates has completely transformed how I move alongside strength training, and this practice is designed to complement your workouts while supporting longevity, alignment, and breath-led movement.
This experience is open to women and men at all levels who want to feel strong, balanced, and more connected to their body: mind, body, and soul.
