In this course, you will learn how the human body is built and how movement is produced biomechanically from head to toe. A combination of lectures, observation and practice helps you synthesize key concepts about the structure of the human body and the functioning of the musculoskeletal system. You will understand the breadth, the groundwork for accurate neuromuscular recruitment, joint mobility and core control, and provides you with immeasurable visuals of the body’s structure. We teach fundamentals in a way as to how they can benefit clients with injuries and medical conditions, and how to professionally communicate with your clients and students.Pilates system be applied toward the goals and aspirations of individual client according to their goals or group classes. The comprehensive approach adds diversity to training, potential of movement options and expands your professional teaching skills and practice educating Pilates. We also teach about the business and Marketing of Pilates.
