About this Event
Join Yolanda Miller, a National Certified Pilates Instructor, for a 50-minute Mat Pilates class open to everyone. No prior Pilates or exercise experience is needed; whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned mover, you're welcome to join.
Participants should come prepared by bringing their own yoga mat and a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session.
Come ready to move, breathe, and strengthen your body under the guidance of a certified professional in a supportive, inclusive environment!

Where: The Saranac Building at 25 W Main Ave Spokane, WA 9920.
Weather permitting, we will meet on the rooftop patio. In case of inclement weather, we will move indoors.
Come early to check in and get settled and stay afterwards to mingle and enjoy light snacks and drinks.
Suggested donation is $25 to benefit to the work of Refugee and Immigrant Connections Spokane (RICS).
