In partnership with Aer Pilates, we invite you to an elevated women-only experience: Pilates for Your Pelvic Floor
More than a traditional Pilates class, this thoughtfully designed session combines education and movement to deepen your understanding of how Pilates supports pelvic floor health, core stability, and overall body connection.
During this 1-hour experience, you will:
- Explore the foundational principles of mat Pilates and their relationship to the pelvic floor and deep core
- Be guided through intentional note-taking to help you retain and apply what you learn beyond the class
- Move through a restorative Pilates flow designed to integrate the concepts in a practical, embodied way
What to bring:
- A Yoga mat
- A water bottle
This experience is ideal for women seeking to feel stronger, more supported, and more connected within their bodies. This a perfect class for those experiencing low back discomfort, core instability, or poor mobility.
