We'll start with an hour of foam roller Pilates session with Breege, following with a sound bath session that we’ll unwind and relax with Yasemin. If you’re new to sound bath healing, we strongly recommend you to try!

It’s an amazing experience where you get to immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound as various instruments create a tranquil environment, promoting deep relaxation and mental clarity.
