Each session includes a full Pilates class followed by relaxing needlepoint time. Whether you're a Pilates regular or needlepoint enthusiast (or neither!), this event offers the perfect balance of energizing movement and mindful creativity.
Start with a strengthening Pilates class on the reformer, then unwind with the art of needlepoint. All experience levels welcome!
