Join Us for Pilates and Weight classes at Vamonos!
Get ready to move and strengthen your body with our fun and engaging Pilates and Weights instructed by Melissa. This class is for anyone at any level looking to improve their flexibility, balance, and overall fitness while having a great time. Starting December 8, sessions are every Mondays at 9:15am for $7.
Optional: Bring your own weights & yoga mat, OR borrow from the studio.
