Join us for Piece of Cake Pilates, an extra-sweet outdoor event hosted by Big Energy Girls Club! We’ve rescheduled our spring flow to June to celebrate a very special occasion—it’s Bailey’s Birthday, and we are making it all about the cake (the kind you eat and the kind you build!).
This session is led by certified Pilates and yoga instructor Alli Taylor. This feel-good session is all about celebrating movement, strength, and major birthday vibes as we step into summer together.
Alli has been teaching in the Nashville fitness community since 2018 and, as a Nashville native, she loves bringing people together through movement in her hometown. Known for her accessible yet challenging sequences, Alli blends creativity, adaptability, and encouragement into every class. She’ll be your professional “woo girl” while you sweat it out—expect good vibes, birthday motivation, and a whole lot of hype along the way.
Whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class is designed to be inclusive, approachable, and uplifting. Alli specializes in working with all body types and fitness levels, creating a supportive environment where everyone can feel confident and empowered.
