About this Event
Pie dough can be a challenge for many people, but it doesn’t have to be! Come bake in the kitchen with Chef Fiebelman and learn how to work with butter to create a flakey and crispy pie crust. With the prepared dough, we’ll then make a variety of pastries. Of course we’ll start with the classic apple pie and finish it in two different ways. With a pie in the oven, we’ll move over to some hand pies for some sweet and savory creations. And don’t think any of that dough will go to waste! We’ll talk about how you can use up all those scraps for a delicious treat your whole family will eat up before the pie’s out of the oven!
