About this Event
Learn the simple technique of quick pickling in this hands-on workshop inspired by the bright, tangy vegetables found in Vietnamese bánh mì sandwiches. Participants will make their own batch of pickles using a sweet-and-sour brine, fresh carrots, and daikon radish. Along the way, you’ll learn basic pickling techniques, flavor balance, and how to store your quick pickles at home. Each participant will prepare and take home their own small jar of freshly made pickled vegetables—perfect for sandwiches, grain bowls, and more!
