Physio-Led Mum, Baby & Parent Pilates | Strength, Recovery & Connection

Join physiotherapist and APPI-certified Pilates instructor Cameryn Titus for a welcoming, baby-friendly Pilates class designed to support parents returning to movement.

This physio-led class focuses on safe, effective exercises to rebuild core strength, improve posture, and restore balanced mobility. Movements are gentle yet effective, making the class suitable whether you're returning to exercise, new to Pilates, or looking to deepen your practice.

Parents are welcome to bring their babies along, who can lie beside you on a mat or blanket while you move. The atmosphere is relaxed and understanding of life with a baby, so feeding, settling, and pauses are completely normal.

Mums and dads are both welcome.

Classes are intentionally small (maximum 12 people) to ensure individual attention and a supportive environment.

Held at CRATE Walthamstow, this class offers a calm and friendly space to rebuild strength, improve posture, and connect with other local parents.
Suitable from around 8 weeks postpartum (or once cleared for exercise by GP).
