About this Event
This free half-day event will bring together national and regional health system leaders, researchers, policy-makers, people with lived experience of SMI and the public for a range of interactive sessions to:
- Hear about and share best evidence-based practice examples of service delivery
- Showcase findings about how to drive implementation tailored within existing resources
- Launch and share resources for supporting service growth and prevention, and
- Create a national community of practice to support ongoing development
.All delegates will receive:
- Hard copy and electronic access to a best practice compendium for you and your colleagues
- The opportunity to showcase local or regional initiatives and share learning
- The opportunity to network with nationally-based colleagues
- Support with implementation planning in your region/area
- Ongoing free membership of the community of practice promoting and leading physical health support services for those living with SMI
The event will include interactive sessions and small group discussions where ideas can be exchanged surrounding how recommendations could be implemented
Who should attend:
Key decisions makers, leaders and providers within the NHS, healthcare systems and the community/voluntary sector are strongly encouraged to attend.
