A Walk from High Down Car Park to Doe Tor Farm ruins and then up to Doe Tor. Crossing Doetor Brook and over to the ruins of Wheal Frederick. Then to Bart Tor and Widgery Cross (at this point we can decide if people want to extend the walk to Arms Tor)
