Hi Friends 🤗 This Months FREE walk will be on Sunday 8th March at 10.00a.m 🌟 Starting at 'Lowery cross Carpark' at Yennadon Down. This is an 8 minute drive from Yelverton 🌿It's a beautiful 2.5 mile walk through Woodland and across the moors with fantastic views across Burrator reservoir looking at Sheepstor 🐏
The idea of this walk is to take our time, have moments to stop and pause and be MINDFUL 🌟 To just BREATH, totally RELAX and even take shoes and socks off to GROUND to the earth and even HUG A TREE or two!🌳🌳
VERY IMPORTANT - Do bring something to sit on, waterproofs, good walking boots and a snack and drink 🥪☕
