Photographing Wildlife in Stockport

Come join us for a fun day of wildlife photography right here in Stockport! Whether you're a beginner or just love snapping pics of nature, this in-person event is perfect for you. We'll explore local spots, share cool tips, and capture stunning shots of animals and nature.

We will talk about where you can find them and what signs to look for indicating their presence – especially in around Stockport. How to find them, how to attract them and a bit about their behaviour. We will also cover what’s called field craft; how to behave, how to dress, techniques and a bit on equipment. That neatly segues into legal considerations and contraints – even consequences.

Don’t be perturbed by the latter, it’s about awareness, respect for the wildlife and for us to understand and behave so that humans and wildlife live in harmony.
