Photo Exhibition of Personal Stories and Memories of Birmingham from 2022

This project is funded by Centre UB-ESRC and delivered in partnership with Birmingham City Council. The overall research aim of the project is to promote and maximise the positive impacts of major sporting events on local organisations, communities, and individuals, while understanding behaviour related to community engagement and sport participation. Four community-based organisations operating across Birmingham and the West Midlands participated our Photovoice workshop for digital storytelling. This photo exhibition aims to showcase communities and individuals’ stories and memories of Birmingham 2022 and beyond.
