About this Event
Want to learn how to edit your photos to create interesting effects? Join Photo Editing 101 with/ Chloe! You’ll learn about different editing software - Lightroom, Photoshop, and Creative Cloud’s various apps. You’ll also learn some basic graphic design skills to really show off your vision and skills! This class is good for anybody looking to enhance their professional skills or just want to learn how to make cool, fun edits to their photos!
Course Objectives and Outcomes
- Practice using a digital SLR camera
- Make panoramic or collaged images using Adobe Photoshop
- Create impactful and narrative double-exposure portraits
- Explore food photography with floating objects
- Using AI generative fill to add and remove objects
- Beauty techniques and skin retouching
- Create modern images that look antique and restore historic photos
- Recreate a famous painting using filters and painterly textures
All Youth in Focus programs are FREE, and we provide free bus passes if needed. All supplies and equipment are provided. We are committed to equitable arts access for ALL youth ages 13-19 years old!

This class runs every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM, April 7th - June 5th. The final class will be a public showcase.
