Phoenix Health Fall Festival

The Equality Health Foundation is hosting its 9th annual health festival in partnership with AZ Fresh and the Roosevelt Unified School District. An event that brings the community together to learn about improving your health and well-being (Nuestro Bienestar). Enjoy fun activities and healthy bags filled with ham & produce, healing spirit, warm hearts, and gratitude for one another. Be sure to save the date and bring your family, friends, and neighbors

Please register to volunteer with the chapter members with a few options:

• Discuss ACHE Value at our table
• Help community members way-find or support the fresh produce market
• Host a table as an exhibitor to promote your organizations’ services with giveaway swag for community members
