Ladies and Gentlemen! Mark your calendars and order your shirts as Combat Therapy hosts its kickoff event November 8th at Roadrunner Park in Phoenix. Event will be from 930am-12pm. There will be two activity stations. Do one, do both, do neither, but come out and join us! Forgot to mention. ITS FREE!
Combat Therapy is a non profit organization that combines intense physical workouts like HIIT training and/or combatives (wrestling/bjj/etc) with a group sit down or “debriefing” to discuss what demons were being overcome that day.
Event Timeline:
930-945 Introduction, Stretching and Warmup
945-1015
Station A - Mat Time. Open wrestling and BJJ mats.
Station B - High Intensity Interval Training
1015-1045 ROTATE
10:45-1130 "Debrief":
This is what its all about. Discussion about what Combat Therapy is and how it plans to help members of society.
1130-12(noon) Lunch! Hot dogs and burgers!
