The Keystone LifeSci Collaborative (KLSC) launched in March 2024 as a new collective, creating a central hub for stakeholders to address challenges within Philadelphia’s thriving life sciences industry. Established as the first regional sector partnership of its kind, KLSC’s core mission is to build a coordinated workforce system across Southeastern Pennsylvania that supports growth, strengthens equity, and expands opportunity in the life sciences workforce. While other organizations have previously convened industry leaders, many are now aligning with KLSC to position it as the central resource for industry needs, with a focus on developing collaborative, comprehensive, systems-level solutions.
