Hot off a critically acclaimed sold-out run at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, one of Europe’s funniest young comedians Philipp Kostelecky brings his hilarious, energetic, and silly new stand-up hour to Chicago. Philipp's unique style of comedy combines whimsical observations and a high-energy performance style absorbing the audience into his performances, examining the mundane and dark aspects of culture and the human condition.
Starting comedy in 2018 in London, Philipp’s originality, international appeal, and first-class physicality have shot him up the comedy ladder, with a critically acclaimed sold-out run at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival and reaching the final of the 2023 BBC New Comedy Awards. Now living in New York, Philipp tours across the US.
Expect superb act-outs and hysterical jokes in this fun and cheeky stand-up hour.

This is a work-in-progress show, it will include some polished material but Philipp will also have a notebook on stage and share his silly little thoughts with you. It will be a grand old time so come along and join in the fun.
