Philadelphia October STEM Saturday

OIC of America invites K-8 students and their families to Philadelphia STEM Saturday: October at Gift of Life Donor Program! Participation is FREE.

Elementary and middle school students will have opportunities to connect to knowledge and skills in science, technology, engineering and math through interactive, hands-on activities, including:

• Explore the cardiovascular and respiratory systems through hands-on models and experiments.
• Students will identify and assemble the major regions and structures of the human spine to understand its function.
• Students will build a hand model to explore how bones, tendons, and muscles create movement, and make a fingerprint to learn about unique skin patterns.
