Join us at City Hall on Thursday. March 13th for the reception for Philadelphia Cultures and Connections. A exhibition of new work by the artists at SpArc Services' Cultural Arts Center.
The reception is free and open to the public.
Location: 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia. Entrance Northeast corner of City Hall, 5th Floor

All participants and guests are required to bring a valid picture ID. For security reasons, there are meta detectors at the entrance.
