About this Event
On November 21st and 28th, and on December 5th, actor Phil Davis (Quadrophenia, Vera Drake, Bleak House, Whitechapel, Poldark and much else) will be reading extracts from his memoir. This as yet unpublished text charts a fifty plus year career in film, TV and theatre and his account of growing up on a council estate in Essex in the 50s and 60s. A few laughs guaranteed.
Phil has a distinguished history with the Soho Poly. His superb performance in Barrie Keeffe's Gotcha (1976) was critically acclaimed, and was later recorded by the BBC for Play for Today.
Phil wil read different sections each week, so sign up for all three if you're free! Buy SEASON TICKET for all three dates for bargain price of £10.
