Join PHA for our annual meeting on April 11 at the Crissy Field Center Building for a lecture by John Langellier, author of Bastion By The Bay: The Presidio of San Francisco, from Outpost of Empire to Magnificent Park.
John Langellier specializes in military history. He is the author of a long list of books and journal articles dealing with the North American West. His PhD dissertation at Kansas State University provided the subject of his most recent bookâBastion by the Bay: The Presidio of San Francisco, from Outpost of Empire to Magnificent Park (University of North Texas Press, April 17, 2026).
