•5 K £10 affiliated. £12 unaffiliated - Entries on the night will incur a £3 surcharge.•3 K £6 - Entries on the night will incur a £2 surcharge.
•Online entries only. ‘Early Bird’ entries accepted until 6pm on day prior to the race after which the surcharge of £3 (£2 3k) will apply. Entries will be accepted on the night up-to 15 mins prior to race start. Please allow plenty of time (at least 30 minutes) to collect your number and get to the start.
•On-line entries for the first race will open on the Thursday 28th May. On-line entries for subsequent races will then open fortnightly on the day after the previous event. Entries can only be made for a single race in each time-period.
•Help the environment - Please bring your own safety pins – and recycle them for each race.
•All races have Course Measurement Certificate, are accurately measured, permitted & run under either UK Athletics or ARC rules.
•Start Time: - 3K Junior race starts at 7:00 pm (at all events)
- 5K Senior race starts at 7:30 pm (at all events)
