Join us this fall for a unique community experience blending yoga, nature, and the beauty of the season. Set at the enchanting Urban Sprout Farms, Petals and Poses invites you to connect with your body, mind, and spirit while also enjoying the joy of hand-picking fresh flowers grown on the farm.

• Dates: Saturdays, September 27 – October 18, 2025
• Gates Open: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (flower picking available)
• Yoga Flow: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• A grounding outdoor yoga practice led by Safia (Yoga by Safia)
• The opportunity to roam the farm and hand-pick seasonal flowers
• Space to move, breathe, and connect in a safe and supportive environment

• Your own yoga mat
• A water bottle
• Closed, sturdy shoes (recommended for walking through the farm)

• Yoga Only
• Yoga + Flower Picking
