This is the level where your journey with Reiki begins. It’s where you reconnect to yourself in the most loving, illuminating way.

In this course, you’ll:

✨ Learn about Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system ✨ Understand the flow of Reiki energy and how it interacts with the chakras ✨ Receive your first attunement—a sacred energetic opening that connects you to Reiki for life ✨ Begin to sense, feel, and trust your own energetic awareness

A Reiki manual is provided to support you through the experience, but much of what you learn will come from what you feel.

Level 1 is all about self-healing. Reiki heals you first. Before you can offer this energy to others, you are invited to fill yourself up—body, mind, and spirit.

Because here’s the truth: You cannot hold deeply transformative space for others unless you are full. You cannot pour from an empty vessel.

When you allow Reiki to flow through you consistently, you begin to understand what balance feels like in your body. You start to notice what disharmony feels like—what grief feels like, or the texture of inflammation, or the sharpness of pain—and how Reiki interacts with each.

This embodied awareness is powerful. It teaches you how to listen. Where to place your hands. How to feel the energy guiding you.

And over time, it changes the way you walk through the world.

*Please note that you'll need to practice with Reiki for at least 21-days before taking level 2. This is very important as it takes time for the energy to integrate in the body and for you to observe what it feels like.
