The Peru Support Group (PSG) and the Global Governance Institute at UCL invite you to the PSG’s annual conference: “Peru at a Crossroads: Shrinking Democracy, Growing Illegality and Mounting Protest.”

The event will bring together leading voices to discuss Peru’s political and social challenges at this critical moment. Confirmed speakers include Sigrid Bazán (Peruvian congresswoman), Tania Pariona (Executive Secretary of the National Human Rights Coordinator), Paulo Vilca (former Deputy Minister of Interculturality in Peru), Gisselle Vila (Postdoctoral Researcher at Cornell University, US), John Crabtree (Research Associate, Latin American Centre, University of Oxford), and more.
