In his short time in real estate, I've quickly recognized the need for enhanced safety, risk mitigation, and personal protection training for real estate professionals. He brings more than 30 years of law enforcement and instructional experience in areas including risk assessment, pre planning and preparation techniques, use-of-force instruction, dignitary protection, CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), workplace violence prevention, active shooter response, and online/social media safety practices.
