Personal Residential Retreat including time with a Spiritual Director
The Royal Foundation is offering an opportunity to come for a personal one night residential retreat with an opportunity to meet 1:1 with a listener.
We all come from situations in life when we need someone to talk to. The reasons can be many. There may be questions about our work or mission, but also personal or existential issues that we need support and help to process in connection with life. Sometimes things rise up when we set time aside to be still.
Here at St Katharine’s we would like to offer you the chance to have a conversation with someone. This is not a counselling or therapeutic session but a chance to be listened to and should you like, have someone pray with you.
We are delighted to confirm our listeners for this retreat will be Mary Monfries and Chris Blakeley who are experienced Spiritual Directors and experienced retreat guides.
Come and stay with us so as to enjoy the chance to step aside and spend some time pausing, reflecting, seeking and praying.
Along with one of our beautiful en-suite bedrooms, guests can enjoy the communal spaces of this extraordinary urban oasis. All are welcome to join our weekday rhythm of prayers as well as taking time for personal prayer in our beautiful Chapel.
Bedrooms are available from 4pm and the booking will include an evening meal on the day of arrival, B&B, mid-morning coffee, lunch and afternoon pot of tea before departures.
Cost
£250 including one night B&B in a lovely en-suite bedroom, full board and an hour slot with the Spiritual Director
