This in-person, 4-hour PeriMenopause Workshop will provide participants with information about a range of natural, science-backed approaches for managing perimenopausal symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain, aches and pains, and more. Sessions will include information on perimenopause-specific nutrition, movement, gut health, supplementation, and stress management. There will also be a session dedicated to the latest research on hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
This in-person workshop will consist of educational and practical components so participants will leave with actionable strategies for their wellness journey. Lunch will be provided.
