Are you ready to Ditch the Workout and join the party? We will mix Zumba® and LaBlast® Fitness for anyone who needs a fun, safe, effective workout without the high impact. Take a musical trip around the world with easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, flexibility, and coordination. If you can match in place, you can enjoy Zumba®! If you can clap, you can dance LaBlast® Fitness! Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong! Absolutely no dance background is required. No prior experience is necessary.

“Keep calm and Zumba” Hello! I’m Lidia, and I live in Boulder. I absolutely love teaching all Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class is a dance party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Toning, and LaBlast®. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast!
