Celebrate the season with a Holiday Pilates Workout at PopStroke, led by Bayley Brunnmeier, founder of Grow Core Pilates. With more than 20 years of experience, Bayley has trained athletes, guided clients through recovery, and supported anyone looking for a mindful, full-body movement practice. Her classes welcome all fitness levels, ensuring you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered from start to finish.
