Join us for a fiery day of flavor at the Pepper & The Spoon Hot Sauce Festival! We’re thrilled to collaborate with Sam Sa'house for this sizzling event. What to Expect:
- Sample and ability to purchase a variety of hot sauce vendors from across Minnesota and surrounding states from 12-5 pm
- Vote for your favorite hot sauce in our People's Choice award! *all draft purchases between 12-3:30 pm at the brewery will give you a ticket to vote for your favorite hot sauce
- Panel of judges to blind taste test to award 2026 Pepper & The Spoon BEST IN SHOW *Winners will be announced at 4 pm
- Enjoy delicious offerings from El Jefe & Red Rocket Pizza to keep your taste buds happy!
- Prizes for Best Derby attire!
- The Northwest Tonka Lions will be facilitating pull tabs throughout the day & electronic Horse Racing. Horse race gambling starts at 4 pm and will continue after the Derby
- The Kentucky Derby will be streamed live on the Jumbotron between 5-6 pm
