The city is full of women like you – strong and ambitious, carrying the weight of teams, targets, and often toddlers, but where are these women? They're spending another Tuesday night scrolling through Linkedin, pretending those 47 'meaningful new connections' are actually meaning something but they don't.That's why we created People Like Me, the anti-networking network for women in marketing. No podiums, No pitches and No Powerpoints. Just real women having real conversations that only happen when you find your people. Our community emerged from a simple observation: traditional networking events aren't serving our deeper need for meaningful relationships. Big events, conferences and conventions don't cut it. We want small, intimate and informal connections. We're for women who are over perfectly curated LinkedIn posts and would K*ll for an honest conversation about a big challenge, a new role or just wanting to connect after a good or bad day at the office. Brilliant women, being brilliantly human, in London, a city that sometimes feels like it was designed by an algorithm.
