About this event:
In many organizations, AI adoption still looks like this: give everyone access to a tool, offer a training, and hope individual experimentation will drive results.

And yes, people are trying things. But when AI usage depends on personal initiative, impact stays scattered. The real work: how decisions are made, how processes run, how teams collaborate, often remains unchanged.

During the Meet-Up, we're welcoming back Koen Veltman from Organization Builders to facilitate a session on embedding AI in your organization.
We’ll explore what it takes to move beyond tool access and enable real AI impact across the entire organization. And specifically: what HR can do to make that shift happen. We'll cover these two themes:

1. How do you design workflows where humans and AI create impact together?
   AI doesn’t transform organizations on its own. Workflows do. We’ll look at how to redesign processes so AI is structurally embedded—improving quality, speed, and employee experience by design. During the session, we’ll apply this thinking to a concrete example and explore how HR can guide and support this redesign at scale.
2. What behavior shifts are needed for sustainable adoption?
   We explore why so many AI initiatives get stuck in pilots, tools, and training while day‑to‑day work and performance remain largely the same. And what YOU can do about it; using a practical behavioral framework, we dive into themes like AI tool fluency, experimentation velocity, and psychological safety around changing work.

You will walk away with clear first step to enable AI transformation in your organization (= People team impact 📈).
